How to select your display setting

Overview

Stitch3D supports three display modes — Light, Dark, and System — so you can work comfortably in any environment. Your display setting is personal to your account and doesn't affect how Projects appear for teammates or anyone you've shared a Project with.

How to change your display mode

  1. Click the ☀️ display icon in the top-right corner of your workspace, next to the 🔔 notifications icon.

  2. A dropdown menu appears with three options.

  3. Select your preferred display mode.

Option

What it does

Light

Always uses the light theme, regardless of your device settings

Dark

Always uses the dark theme, regardless of your device settings

System

Automatically matches your device's current light or dark mode setting

✅ Your selection takes effect immediately — no page refresh needed.

💡 Tip: If you work across multiple devices or frequently switch between light and dark on your operating system, System is the most convenient option.

ℹ️ Note: Your display preference is saved to your account. It will persist across sessions and devices whenever you're logged in.
