Overview
If you’ve paid for a Stitch3D Personal or Pro subscription, you can change or cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your account changes to a free Stitch3D Starter account at the end of your billing cycle.
Before you start
💡 When you cancel a paid Stitch3D plan, the change may not be immediately reflected on your Stitch3D account. Your account will change to Stitch3D Starter at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly) and you won’t be charged again. If you change your subscription to a paid plan, the change will be immediately reflected and only the prorated rate will be charged.

Important notes
⚠️ Important: When you change to a free Starter account, you won’t lose access to any of your files and folders stored in Stitch3D. However, you’ll be limited to 5 GB of storage space and 1 project. If you exceed the storage or project quota of your Starter account, you will not be able to upload new Projects until you are below the quota.
ℹ️ Note: Downgrading to a Starter account is not the same as deleting your Stitch3D account.
