To update your Stitch3D billing information, including your payment method, billing cycle, or billing name and address, follow the instructions for your account type below.

💡 If you pay by manual invoice or purchased your Stitch3D subscription through a reseller, contact support or your account executive to update your billing information.

How to update your Stitch3D billing information

  1. Log in to your Stitch3D account.

  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner.

  3. Click Billing and select Manage Subscription.

  4. You will be redirected to billing.stipe.com. Make your changes.

    1. Add a Payment Method.

    2. Update your Billing Information.

  5. Click Save changes.

Important notes

💡 Tip: If you’re unable to change your payment method, or there’s no option to do this, check which Stitch3D plan you have. The process may be different to the steps described above if you are on an Enterprise or Custom plan.

ℹ️ Note: You can switch from monthly to yearly billing. Stitch3D will automatically prorate your subscription.
