How to change your email and password

Overview

The email address linked to your Stitch3D account is what you’ll use to log in to Stitch3D and receive important Stitch3D notifications. If you can no longer access that inbox, you can always log in to Stitch3D without access to your email address and update your email address within your Stitch3D account. This article explains how to edit the email address on your or a team member’s Stitch3D account and update your billing address.

💡 Make sure you have access to your primary email address before creating a Stitch3D account in order to receive the confirmation code.

How to change your Stitch3D email

  1. Log in to your Stitch3D account.

  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper-right corner.

  3. Click Manage Account.

  4. In the Profile page, click “+ Add email address” and enter your new email address.

  5. Confirm your new email with the verification link sent to that address.

  6. Click Edit next to your new email address and select “Set as primary.”

  7. Remove your previous email address if needed.

⚠️ Important: Changing the email address associated with your Stitch3D account won’t change the billing email address. If you pay for a Stitch3D subscription and need to change the billing email address, you will need to update your billing information.

How to update your password

  1. Log in to your Stitch3D account.

  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper-right corner.

  3. Click Manage Account.

  4. In the Security page, click “Set password” and enter your new password.

  5. Confirm your new password

💡Tip: We recommend signing out of all other devices which may have used your old password.
